Ryan Hrkac, P. Geo is the founder of Shear Gold Exploration Corp, a private prospect generator and geological consultancy, specializing in gold exploration across the Precambrian Shield of Ontario. A lifelong resident of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Ryan graduated from Lakehead University in 2016 with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology and is a registered Professional Geologist (P. Geo) in Ontario.

Michael Malana, CPA, CMA has extensive experience in administration, accounting and reporting for several public companies. He is currently the CFO of Patriot One Technologies Inc. (TSXV:PAT) where he was instrumental in completing a recent reverse takeover. As CFO and Corporate Secretary of Apivio Systems Inc., (TSXV:APV), he was responsible for Apivio’s transition from a private to a public company. As CFO of Sunward Resources Ltd. (TSX:SWD), he was involved in its transition from the TSX Venture Exchange to the TSX. Prior to that Mr. Malana was the Corporate Controller of Jinshan Gold Mines (now listed on the TSX as China National Gold) when it transitioned from exploration, to development to production. He was also involved in Jinshan’s early adoption of IFRS and their secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Derrick Weyrauch, CPA, CA is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of corporate experience. Derrick is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of GT Resources Inc. (TSXV: GT) and an independent director of Tribeca Resource Corp. (TSXV: TRBC) he is also the co-founder of Magna Mining Corp., (TSXV: NICU).

Ms. McCormack is a professional geologist with nearly 20 years of experience in exploration and mining, holding roles in Geology, Strategic Development and Indigenous Relations for various companies both in Canada as well as internationally.

Mr. Lazich is a professional geologist with 15 years of base and precious metal exploration experience with major mining companies operating in North America: Teck; Vale; and Glencore. He has been the lead on, and part of multiple teams ascribed with several economic mineral discoveries.
