Pearl Gold Project
The Pearl Gold Project is a newly acquired gold exploration property in the Varyville Mining District of Humboldt County, Nevada. Nortec Minerals Corp. has entered into a purchase option agreement to acquire 69 Federal Lode claims totaling 1425.5 acres. The project hosts multiple high‑grade historical mines, modern drill discoveries, and district‑scale gold potential across several target zones.
The project is fully permitted for drilling and trenching, road accessible, and located in the world’s #1 rated mining jurisdiction.

Strategic Location
-
55 km south of Denio, northern Nevada
-

Historical High‑Grade Production
Covers the historic:
-
Columbia Mine
-
Bartlett Mine
-
Juanita Mine
Historic run‑of‑mine sorted ore graded >34 g/t Au (1870–1937).
Gold mineralization occurs with sulphides (arsenopyrite, pyrite) and iron‑oxide weathering products. High‑grade mineralization is hosted along shear and fault zones cutting andesites, epiclastics, and near diorite intrusions — an important control for both:
-
High‑grade mesothermal quartz vein systems
-
Broad bulk‑tonnage zones associated with altered intrusive rocks
Columbia Zone
Modern drilling has confirmed both:
-
High‑grade veins mined historically
-
A broader mineralized envelope surrounding them
Highlight intervals include:
-
2.27 g/t Au over 38.1 m
-
2.89 g/t Au over 9.14 m
-
3.63 g/t Au over 15.24 m
-
3.03 g/t Au over 25.91 m
-
4.20 g/t Au over 10.67 m
-
11.96 g/t Au over 3.05 m
Mineralization remains open:
-
Along strike
-
At depth
-
Across parallel structures
Juanita Zone
Historical mine once operated by prospector Josie Pearl.
Sampling results:
-
Grab samples up to 57.7 g/t Au
-
Shear zone sample: 11.9 g/t Au over 1 m
Drill highlights:
-
0.99 g/t Au over 30.48 m (incl. 3.44 g/t Au over 6.1 m)
-
0.23 g/t Au over 22.86 m
Josie Zone
A large target area with multiple workings and strong grades.
Grab samples include:
-
86.1 g/t Au
-
45.2 g/t Au
-
42.2 g/t Au
-
36.2 g/t Au
Chip samples include:
-
45.2 g/t Au over 0.35 m
-
42.2 g/t Au over 0.4 m
The zone has significant bulk‑tonnage potential with mineralized intrusives observed eastward of the main target area.
Work completed includes:
-
RC drilling across Columbia, Juanita, and Josie zones
-
Trenching (notably at the Pearl Zone discovery)
-
Soil geochemical surveys
-
Airborne magnetic & radiometric surveys
-
Ground HLEM geophysics
Collectively, results indicate a much broader mineralizing system than previously recognized.
